Ingredients of Dilled Egg Salad:
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 8 egg
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1 medium onion
- black pepper as required
- salt as required
- 1 teaspoon dill leaves
How to make Dilled Egg Salad:
- Step 1Take eggs in a deep pan and cover them with water. Boil the eggs for 10 to 12 minutes, remove from heat and let the eggs stand in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Now, cool the boiled eggs, peel and chop them.
- Step 2Finely chop the onions and keep them aside in a bowl.
- Step 3Now take a large bowl and mash the boiled eggs in it using a fork or a wooden spoon. Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, dill leaves, onion, salt and black pepper and mix them well. Dilled Egg Salad is now ready. Garnish with two pieces of boiled egg and coriander.
