- 2 ½ cups fresh (or frozen mango)
- 1 can coconut milk (full fat) (or plain yogurt)
- ½ tsp cardamom
- 2-3 Tbsp honey
- Handful ice cubes
- Handful Nature’s Path Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- If too thick – add milk (dairy or non-dairy) a little at a time.
- Add some pumpkin seed + flax granola on top (especially if you have a thick mango lassi!) and serve immediately.
