Heat the oil on a deep-fryer to 375°.
Take several pieces of chicken at a time and fry them in the oil for about 7-8 minutes until they turn golden brown.
After the chicken has turned into a crispy golden-brown color, take them out and drain the oil on paper towels. And voila! Your crispy fried chicken is ready to be served.
You can serve this with simple tomato sauce/ketchup or any dipping sauce of your choice.
Tips:
- It is best to use any oil having high smoke points like vegetable oil or canola oil for deep frying.
- If you want to make your chicken extra juicy in the inside, you can brine the chicken in some buttermilk beforehand. This will make the chicken softer and juicier.
