There is a story of a drunk man who made this dish from ingredients he had in his kitchen as a hangover dish.

DIRECTIONS
Step 1.
Take a medium-sized bowl and fill it with hot water. Place the rice noodles in the hot water and separate the noodles with the help of a fork or your hands. Let the noodles soak in until they become soft for about 45 minutes.

Step 3.
In a bowl, add oyster sauce, white sugar, vinegar, and lime juice and whisk together until it forms a smooth sauce.
Step 4.
In a wok or a large skillet, pour enough oil to coat the bottom and turn to medium-high heat. Sauté the onion, shallot, and garlic in hot oil for 2-3 minutes and stir until it is fragrant and slightly softened. Add your chicken and bell pepper and cook until the chicken is cooked, for 5-7 minutes. Set aside in a separate bowl
Step 5.
In the wok, pour your egg. Let it cook until it is slightly set and flip it. Cook until the egg is set. Break the egg apart with a fork and add the same into the chicken mixture.
Step 6.
Add the sauce into the chicken mixture, add in the noodles and cook and stir well for 2-3 minutes.
Your delicious drunken noodles are ready to be served.
