Swedish Meatball Pasta

Swedish Meatball Pasta perfectly combines the Swedish Meatballs made of beef and fully creamed and perfectly cooked pasta. This dish consists of amazing flavours rich in cream that will melt in your mouth. This is a super easy dish that you can make at home without the need of searching for many ingredients. This dish is popular as it is super delicious as when the meatballs coated with the Worcestershire sauce and pasta that is full of cream is combined, it becomes irresistible to try not to eat.

PREPARATION TIME:

This simple recipe will only take about 32 minutes with around 12 minutes for the preparation and 20 minutes of cooking time. It will yield 4 servings but you can adjust the quantity of the ingredients as per requirement.

INGREDIENTS:

The ingredients are pretty simple and available at your local grocery stores.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, ½ tablespoon salt, and ½ tablespoon pepper, mixing until evenly combined. This will be your meatball mixture.

Step 2.

Heat your canola oil in a pot over medium-high heat.

Step 3.

Take about a golf-ball-size of the meatball mixture and roll it into balls.

Step 5.

Place the meatballs into the pot, cooking for one minute. Flip the meatballs until they are properly cooked.

Step 6.

Add the beef broth, milk, remaining ½ tablespoon salt, remaining ½ tablespoon pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and give it a stir properly.

Step 7.

Boil the liquid and add the egg noodles. Stir them constantly until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has reduced to a sauce that coats the noodles for about seven to eight minutes.

Step 8.

Then, add the parmesan and the parsley, stir them properly until the cheese is melted. The delicious Swedish meatball pasta is ready to be served.
