INGREDIENTS:

Smoothie Bowl (1 large serving or 2 small)

  1. ¾-1 cup non-dairy milk
  2. ½ frozen banana
  3. 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  4. 1 Tbsp almond butter (optional)
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Toppings

  1. Sliced Banana
  2. Cocoa nibs
  3. Chopped pecans
  4. Shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Add the smoothie bowl ingredients to the blender and blend until mixture is smooth but thick. If too runny add more frozen fruit or ice.
  2. You may need to stop the blender periodically to stir the mixture.
