Ingredients:
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 slice of bread
- ½ julienned tomato
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 labneh square
Directions:
- Cut the crusts off the bread and flatten with a rolling pin. Spread the labneh square on half of the flattened bread and place the tomato and cucumber on the labneh. Roll tight and cut into 2 inch rolls.
