Labneh sushi rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1 slice of bread
  • ½ julienned tomato
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 labneh square

Directions:

  • Cut the crusts off the bread and flatten with a rolling pin. Spread the labneh square on half of the flattened bread and place the tomato and cucumber on the labneh. Roll tight and cut into 2 inch rolls.
