Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 4 fresh figs, stem removed and quartered
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the blueberries, figs, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes and blend again if you prefer a colder smoothie.

  • For a dairy-free version, swap Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt or omit it and add more almond milk.
