Ingredients  

  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3½ cups beef bone broth
  • 1¼ cups heavy cream
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1½ cups cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions 

  • In a deep, large skillet sauté the garlic and onion in heated olive oil.1 onion, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • When onions are translucent add the ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and paprika. Cook beef till no longer pink. 1 pound ground beef, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Add tomato paste, beef bone broth and room temperature heavy cream. Give sauce a stir and bring to a gentle simmer.3 tablespoons tomato paste, 3½ cups beef bone broth, 1¼ cups heavy cream
  • Add uncooked pasta to sauce in pan and allow to cook for roughly 15 minutes or until pasta is al dente and tender.1 pound pasta
  • Add freshly grated shredded cheese and stir dish until cheese is melted. When cheese is all combined serve and enjoy!1½ cups cheddar cheese
