Mint Julep

If you only think of mint juleps when it’s Kentucky Derby season, I think that’s a crying (neighing?) shame! Not only does the classic frosty cup and minty flavor provide a cooling freshness on a hot day, but it’s also one of the best low-effort cocktails out there. It’s only 3 ingredients (if you don’t count ice), and the prep couldn’t be simpler.
Prep Time:3 mins

What To Serve With A Mint Julep
- Pimento Cheese: Affectionately known as the “caviar of the South,” pimento cheese is a Southern party staple.
- Kentucky Hot Brown Sliders: Just like the OG version, these are piled high with turkey breast, cheese sauce, crispy bacon, and juicy slices of tomato, but made extra shareable with slider buns.
- Bourbon Peach Pie: Double-down on the bourbon vibes by serving this sweet pie alongside your juleps.
