Awesome Appetizers to Try Out

There are a number of appetizers out there but below are some picks of our awesome appetizers.

1-Cannellini Bruschetta:

To make this appetizer, you will need:

Chopped giardiniera (drained) – 1 cup

Cannellini beans (drained) – 1 can

Provolone – 1/4 cup

Brine – just a splash

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Parsley (chopped) – 2 tablespoons

Procedure:

Combine these ingredients together. You may serve it with Italian bread.

2-Goat Cheese:

Goat cheese – 12 ounces (divide into 3 equal parts)

Dried cashews and cranberries (chopped and mixed)

Mixed peppercorns (cracked)

Mixed Herbs (cracked)

Procedure:

Divide the 12 ounces of goat cheese into 3 equal pieces of 4 ounces each. Roll a piece in the dried cashews and cranberries. Roll another piece in the mixed peppercorns. And the last piece? Roll it in the mixed herbs.

Serve your goat cheese with crackers.

3-Blue Cheese and Pecan Spread:

Toasted pecans (chopped) – 4 tablespoons

Blue cheese – 1 cup

Crackers or celery sticks

Procedure:

Mix the pecans and cheese together. Spread the duo over crackers or the celery sticks. Sprinkle the crackers or sticks with some drops of honey.

4-Yogurt Dip:

Greek yogurt – 1 cup

Tomato (chopped) – 2 tablespoons

Cilantro (chopped) – 2tablespoons

Garlic (grated) – 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger – (grated) – ½ teaspoon

Shallot (minced) – 1 tablespoon

Salt – just a little to taste

Procedure:

Mix up all the ingredients. Serve the appetizer with some chips or crackers.

5-Artichoke Heart and Kale Dip:

Frozen artichoke hearts (defrost) – 1 cup

Frozen kale (defrost and chop) – cups

Milk – 1/2 cup

Swiss cheese – 1/2 cup

Cream cheese – 4 ounces

Garlic cloves – 1 (chop)

Parmesan (grated) – 1/4 cup

Worcestershire sauce – just a dash

Cayenne – just a dash

Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Procedure:

Combine all the ingredients together, and then turn in a microwave-wave safe dish to microwave for 5 – 6 minutes.

Serve with crackers or chips.

6-Fried Ravioli:

Meat ravioli (or cheese)

Parmesan (grated)

Salt

Oil

Procedure:

Fry the meat or cheese in oil until it becomes golden. Take it out of the oil and drain it with a paper towel. Add some parmesan and salt to taste.

7-Cucumber and Caviar Rounds:

Cucumber (sliced)

Dollops

Trout caviar or salmon

Procedure:

Put some dollops on the sliced cucumber, then all a spoonful of trout caviar or salmon on the dollops – your cucumber rounds are ready.

8-Pimiento Cheese Spread:

Yellow cheddar – 8 ounces

Mayonnaise – 3/4 cup

Pepper jack (grated) 4 ounces

Cayenne – just a pinch

Shallot (grated) – 1

Chives (chopped)

Toasted bread

Chopped pimentos (drained) – 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients together, except the chives and toasted bread. Spread the combination on the toasted bread the sprinkle some chives.

9-Crab Dip:

Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons

Crabmeat – 1/2 pound

Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon

Parsley (chopped) – 1 tablespoon

Salt – 1/4 teaspoon

Worcestershire sauce – 1/4 teaspoon

Hot sauce – 1/4 teaspoon

Procedure:

 Simply mix all the ingredients mentioned above together. You can serve with chips or crackers.

10-Romesco Dip:

Garlic clove – 1

Red peppers (roasted) – 1 cup

Red wine vinegar – 1 teaspoon

Red pepper flakes – just a pinch

Olive oil – 1/3 cup

Almonds (toasted) – 1/3 cup

Procedure:

Blend up all the ingredients until all are finely chopped.

Serve with crackers.
