DIRECTIONS

Step 1.
Preheat oven to 350°.

Step 2.
In a large bowl, cream together your butter and sugars until you get a light and fluffy consistency for about 5-7 minutes. In the same bowl, beat in egg, honey and vanilla.
Now, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Add in the ingredients like oats, Rice Krispies, nuts and, if desired, raisins or chocolate chips and mix well together.

Step 3.
Press the mixture in a greased 13×9-inch pan. Bake until light brown for about 25-30 minutes.

Step 4.
Take out and cool on a wire rack. After it is cooled, cut into bars of desired sizes.
