DIRECTIONS
Step 1.
Heat a couple of inches of vegetable oil in a heavy pan or a Dutch oven on medium-to-medium low heat. Measure the heat with a deep-fry thermometer and heat until a temperature of 340 degrees F is shown.

In a large mixing bowl, add in the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and mix together. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Add the milk, the melted butter and vanilla to the eggs and mix well.
