Banana is a sweetener that balances taste when added on a moderate level. Banana can be used in making different meals which thebanana pudding dessert.

Ingredients for The Dessert :

1/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of banana extract
2 big egg yolks
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of butter
4 ripe de bananas (slicethem)
Vinilla wafers

Ingredients forTopping :

3/4 cup of heavy cream
I teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of confectioner’s sugar

Preparation :

Prepare the Pudding

Mix the flour, salt, and sugar in a medium-sized pan. Whisk the egg and milk in a small bowl and add to the flour mix. Move pan on to a cooker of medium heat and put in 2 tablespoonsof butter. Whisk continuously over the heat, until bubbles form and becomes thickened. Drop the pan from the cooker and use a mesh sized sieve to remove lumps that may be present. Mix 1 tablespoon of butter with the vanilla and banana extract in a bowl, then add to the sieved mixture and whisk properly.

Get Your Dish(es) Ready

Arrange out your serving dish(es), layer them up with slices of banana and some vanilla wafers as well. Pour some portion of the pudding into the dish(es), layer again and pour in the pudding. Continue this process until there isn’t any more left. Use a wrapping paper (such as the plastic wrap) to cover up the serving dish(es)and allow to sit.

Prepare the Whipped Cream (Topping)

At medium-high speed, whip the confectioners’ sugar and the cream in a mixer until a firm peak is formed, then add in vanilla and blend. This can be stored in a refrigerator for later use.

Serve the Banana Pudding Dessert

Use a spoon to put the whipped cream into a pastry bag with an attached decorating tip. Pipe the cream onto the dish(es) and serve.

This dessert can be decorated with additional ingredientssuch as the wafers and it can also be served aspart of the main dish.
