PREPARATION TIME

Spinach Artichoke Zucchini Bites are very easy to make. For a batch of two dozen, you will only take a 15-minute preparation and 15-minute cooking time. Within just a half an hour, you will have these delicious appetizers ready.

INGREDIENTS

11.Zucchini cut into ½ inch rounds3 medium zucchinis

DIRECTIONS

In the oven;

Step 1.

Preheat the to 400° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2.

In a medium-sized bowl, add in the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, artichokes, spinach, sour cream, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Season with salt and pepper as per taste and mix well.

Step 3.

Spread a tablespoon of the mixture on each of the zucchini coins and place it on the baking sheet. Bake for around 15 minutes until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is melty. Take out and your appetizers are ready to serve.

In the Air fryer;

Step 1.

In a medium-sized bowl, add in the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, artichokes, spinach, sour cream, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Season with salt and pepper as per taste and mix well. Set this mixture aside.

Step 2.

Bring the zucchini coins and cook them in the air fryer at 375° for around 8 minutes.

Step 3.

Bring out the cooked zucchini and spread a tablespoon of the cream mixture on each of the zucchini coins.

Step 4.

Return to the air fryer and cook until the cheese id melty and the zucchini is tender for about 10 minutes.
