DIRECTIONS:
Step 1.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, ½ tablespoon salt, and ½ tablespoon pepper, mixing until evenly combined. This will be your meatball mixture.
Step 2.
Heat your canola oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
Step 3.
Take about a golf-ball-size of the meatball mixture and roll it into balls.
Step 5.
Place the meatballs into the pot, cooking for one minute. Flip the meatballs until they are properly cooked.
Step 6.
Add the beef broth, milk, remaining ½ tablespoon salt, remaining ½ tablespoon pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and give it a stir properly.

Boil the liquid and add the egg noodles. Stir them constantly until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has reduced to a sauce that coats the noodles for about seven to eight minutes.

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Cut the squid bodies along the sides to have them flat open. Take a thin sharp knife and lightly score the insides. Do it carefully so you don’t cut the squid all the way through.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes. Put in your squid body and tentacles. Mix well and marinate for around 2 hours in the refrigerator. During this, turn it twice for even marination.
Step 3: Preheat the grill to high heat. While doing so, cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 4: Using a pastry brush, lightly coat either side of the sliced bread with olive oil. Place the bread on the hot grill and cook until golden brown on both sides for about 2 to 4 minutes. Arrange the slices on a large platter.
Step 5: Now, grill the squid. Keep turning it until it becomes opaque, slightly golden, and just cooked through, for about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the squid to a cutting board and slice it into strips. Slice the tentacles if desired.

DIRECTIONS
Step 1. Place an oven rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F.
Step 2. Coat the Bundt pan with a little butter. After this, coat the bottom with 1/4 cup Cajetan and place it in a large roasting pan. The roasting pan will be used as a water bath while baking
Step 3 Now, starting with the cake, add the butter and sugar in a bowl and using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, beat until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and beat together.
Step 4. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa in a medium bowl. Beat 1/3 of the flour mixture, and 1/2 of the buttermilk into the egg combination. Continue to add in the flour and mix well.
Step 5. For the flan, firstly combine the evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream cheese, eggs and vanilla In a blender. Blend this mixture on high for about 30 seconds.
Step 6. Pour the cake batter into the coated Bundt pan and spread it evenly. Then. Slowly pour over the flan mixture over the cake batter. Cover the pan with foil and add about 1-inch of hot water to the roasting pan.
Step 7 place the pan inside the oven and bake for an hour until the surface of the cake is firm to the touch. You can also insert a toothpick and see if it comes out clean.
Step 8. After the cake is done remove it from the water bath and cool it completely to room temperature, about 1 hour.
Step 9 Place an inverted rimmed serving platter over the Bundt pan. Jiggle it a little and quickly flip over. Remove the pan and pour the remaining Cajetan sauce over the cake. Finally, garnish it with chopped pecans. Your delicious Chocoflan is ready to serve.
